Being without your computer can be a challenging and sometimes almost impossible inconvenience.  The Technicians at SDCC recognize your need to get back up to speed.  We strive to repair and turnaround computers within 1 to 2 business days. However, heavy volume can push those numbers up to 3 or 4 business days. We will always give you our best estimate of your turnaround time based on our volume at the time yours is checked in and the nature of your particular issue. Although we may only be billing you for an hour of labor, this time is often spread out over a few days because we do not bill you while your machine is undergoing extensive scans or hardware tests. Special order parts can be delayed or only available from far off locations. We will always tell you of any extraordinary circumstance which could delay the return of your repaired computer.
